DyerDrivePoint.com privacy notice

DyerDrivePoint.com is Dyer Auto's app entry point. FocusPoint is its EOS workspace. This notice describes the information used for team sign-in, access management, and EOS meetings.
Information we use
- When you sign in with your Dyer Auto Google account, Google provides your name, verified email address, and a unique account identifier. DyerDrivePoint.com uses these to recognize your account and assign access. It does not request your Gmail, Drive, or Calendar content.
- If you use an existing DrivePoint login, DyerDrivePoint.com submits your credentials to DrivePoint for authentication and uses the resulting identity, role, and session to provide access. It does not keep your DrivePoint password in its member records.
- DyerDrivePoint.com stores your display name, email address, linked sign-in identifiers, access level, and the administrator who last assigned that level when applicable.
- For EOS meetings, FocusPoint stores meeting names and agendas, section durations and timer state, facilitator and attendee names, and each attendee's meeting rating.
How we use it
We use this information to verify Dyer Auto membership, show your assigned apps and FocusPoint sections, run and review meetings, and let administrators manage team access. Authorized team members can see meeting information in FocusPoint. Administrators can see member access records.
Sessions and storage
Google sign-in creates a secure browser session that expires after seven days or when you sign out. DyerDrivePoint.com stores a hash of that session token, rather than the token itself, in its private database. Account and FocusPoint meeting records are kept there for Dyer Auto's internal use. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for those records; ask an administrator about access, correction, or removal.
Connected applications
DyerDrivePoint.com links to DrivePoint and Inventory Manager. Opening either application currently follows its own sign-in and data handling rules. A DyerDrivePoint.com session does not yet automatically sign you in to those applications.
